And on the eighth day…
we rested. Sort of. It has been exactly one week and one day since we launched, and we just wanted to thank everyone who has visited our truck, gave us their blessings, and had a chance to interact with our dumplings. We promise to get the rest of the dumpling profiles out soon, but since we were launching the truck we are a bit behind. (The veggie one is up next, and I am not sure it will forgive us for getting it some press sooner).
On another note, we made a few changes to our chicken dumplings (it’s all grown up now)-they will be roaring and ready to go tomorrow-hope to see you then!! Thanks everyone!!
