The Dumpling Profiles

Posted on February 18, 2010. Filed under: The Dumpling Profiles |

Our dumplings can be such temperamental little things.

Can anyone rival the fiery disposition of the kimchi beef dumpling and its brethren the kimchi pork? What of the carefree spirit of the veggie dumpling? Can only a mother’s touch compare to the gentle nature of the chicken and green onion? And has the world seen a hero so bold and so prominent in stature as the traditional pork and leek?

As different as these dumplings may seem, they do share one common bond-they love to bask in the spotlight.  Since we began Dumpling Station, they have demanded that they are at the forefront of all of our press and as such, we have accommodated them by doing individual profiles on each of the dumplings that we will serve up until our launch date on March 15, 2010.  We hope you enjoy reading their bios as much as you will love eating them (well, you’ll probably love eating them a lot more, but don’t mention that to the dumplings. They can be such temperamental little things).
